How to Use
Apply a thin layer to each prepared nail surface. Allow to evaporate fully before applying primer. Do not touch the nail surface after dehydrator application. Proceed to primer and base coat immediately after the dehydrator has dried. Repeat the dehydrator step on any nail that is touched or re-exposed to skin oils during the prep process.
