About Us

Meem’z Nail Art is a Pakistan-based supplier of professional nail art and lash products, serving both retail customers and salons across the country. We are an authorized dealer of brands including Born Pretty, Venalisa, Lily, Cute, and Bismark, and we also carry our own brand, Nailistry. You can read more about our story on our About Us page.

Using Our Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the site with permission from a parent or guardian.
  • Any information you give us (name, contact details, shipping address) is accurate.
  • You won’t use the site for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to us or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to anyone who misuses the site.

Products and Pricing

  • We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate. Occasionally, errors happen (wrong price, out-of-stock item still showing available). If this happens, we’ll contact you before processing the order, and you can choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel.
  • Prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice. The price at the time you place your order is what applies.
  • Product colors may vary slightly from what’s shown on screen due to lighting and display settings.

Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order through our website is an offer to buy. We confirm the order once payment is verified.
  • We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and online card payment.
  • Cash on delivery is available for orders up to Rs. 10,000.
  • For orders exceeding Rs. 10,000, a 50% advance payment is required before the order is processed, with the remaining balance payable as cash on delivery. We’ll contact you directly to confirm this. If you don’t agree to the advance payment, the order will be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If this happens, you’ll be notified and refunded in full for that order.

Bulk Purchases

We don’t run a formal wholesale program with fixed pricing tiers. That said, if you’re purchasing a large quantity of products, we may offer a discount at our discretion depending on the order size. Reach out to us directly on WhatsApp or through the site to discuss pricing before placing a large order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping within Pakistan is calculated based on weight:

  • Up to 1kg: Rs. 350
  • 1.1kg to 3kg: Rs. 650
  • Above 3kg: Additional charges apply based on actual weight, and will be calculated and confirmed with you before your order is finalized.

Product Authenticity

All products sold by Meem’z Nail Art are sourced directly from manufacturers or as an authorized dealer. We do not sell counterfeit or unauthorized copies of any brand we carry.

Returns, Refunds, and Delivery

We do not offer refunds except where the error is on our side (for example, wrong item shipped, or a damaged or defective product). Full details are on our Refund & Product Policy page, please review it before placing an order.

We strongly encourage staying in touch with us on WhatsApp, both before placing an order and after, so we can confirm details, answer questions, and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our logo, product photography, descriptions, graphics, and layout, is the property of Meem’z Nail Art unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to make sure our products and website information are accurate and reliable. However:

  • We are not responsible for any indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of our products or website (for example, a service disruption you experience while using our site).
  • Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction.
