Delivery Timeframe
All orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your city and courier availability.
Shipping Charges

For orders above 3 kg, shipping charges will be calculated manually and communicated to you before dispatch. Your order will only be shipped after you confirm the charges.
Payment Options
- Prepaid: Full payment at the time of ordering.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to Rs. 10,000.
- Orders above Rs. 10,000: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order. The remaining balance will be collected on delivery.

All products listed on Meem’z are sold as described. No warranty or guarantee is provided on any item. We strongly advise you to read the full product description, check available images, and review customer feedback on Google before placing your order. We do not provide video tutorials or demonstrations for any product.
Placing an order means you have reviewed the product and are satisfied with the information provided.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges are accepted under the following strict conditions:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Delivery charges for the exchange shipment are to be paid by the customer
- Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Liquid products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
This includes nail polishes, serums, oils, gel polishes, removers, and any other liquid-based products. This policy exists strictly for hygiene and safety reasons. Once a liquid product leaves our facility, we cannot verify its condition or ensure it has not been used or tampered with. No exceptions will be made to this rule.
