Lash clusters are groups of individual lashes pre-bonded together at the base, creating a ready-to-apply unit that gives more fullness than a single classic extension without the time required for hand-made volume fans. They sit between classic individual lash extensions and full volume sets in terms of density and application time.

Clusters vs Individual Extensions vs Volume Fans

Individual extensions give the most natural precise result with the longest application time. Volume fans created by hand give maximum customization but require skill and time. Pre-made clusters provide a middle ground where fullness is achieved faster than either traditional method, making them practical for busy salons and for technicians building their confidence with volume lash techniques before moving to hand-made fans.

Application

Apply clusters the same way as individual extensions, one cluster to one isolated natural lash. Pick up the cluster at its bonded base with volume tweezers, dip the base in adhesive, and place on the isolated natural lash. Isolation between clusters is as critical as with individual extensions. Proper isolation prevents clusters from bonding to adjacent natural lashes which would cause discomfort and damage during the growth cycle.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your city and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Up to 1 kg — Rs. 350
  • 1 kg to 3 kg — Rs. 650
  • Above 3 kg — Calculated manually based on actual weight

For orders above 3 kg, shipping charges will be calculated based on the actual weight of your package. You will be informed before dispatch. Your order will only be shipped after you confirm the delivery cost.

Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Prepaid orders — Full payment at time of ordering
  • Up to Rs. 10,000 — Cash on Delivery available
  • Above Rs. 10,000 — 50% advance payment required. Remaining 50% collected on delivery
  • COD orders above Rs. 10,000 will not be dispatched without advance payment. No exceptions.
