Meem’z Rainbow Multicolor Carbide Flame Drill Bit
The flame bit is one of the most popular and widely used bit shapes in professional nail work. Its tapered flame shape with a slightly rounded tip gives you a bit that works well for multiple tasks in a single service, from lifting the cuticle skirt and cleaning the cuticle pocket to removing product close to the cuticle line and cleaning hangnails. The belly of the flame shape allows you to work along the cuticle edge smoothly, while the pointed tip can get into the tighter areas of the cuticle pocket and sidewall sinus.

Why Flame Bits Are Indispensable
Most professional nail technicians who do dry manicure or Russian manicure technique consider the flame bit their most important e-file bit. The shape allows it to follow the natural curve of the cuticle area in a way that a straight barrel or cylinder cannot, and the tapered tip gets into angles and pockets that other shapes miss entirely.
Speed Guidance
Use at lower to medium RPM for cuticle work near live skin. The flame bit requires a trained hand to use safely in the cuticle area. Keep the bit moving at all times and never press the pointed tip against skin. For product removal away from the skin, higher RPM is appropriate.
Rainbow Titanium Coating
The rainbow titanium coating on this bit makes it significantly more durable than a standard silver carbide flame bit and reduces heat generation during use. The coating extends the working life of the bit under regular professional use.
Care and Maintenance
The flame shape has multiple angles that can trap product debris. Clean thoroughly with a bit brush after every client. Disinfect between uses and store in a protective holder.
