Important Usage Notes
Always physically clean your tools with a brush and sanitizing solution before placing them in the sterilizer. UV light works on clean surfaces only. It cannot penetrate through visible debris or product buildup. The UV light automatically switches off when the door is opened, preventing accidental exposure. Never look directly at the UV bulb when the unit is in operation.

- 1 kg to 3 kg — Rs. 650
- Above 3 kg — Calculated manually based on actual weight
For orders above 3 kg, shipping charges will be calculated based on the actual weight of your package. You will be informed before dispatch. Your order will only be shipped after you confirm the delivery cost.
Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Prepaid orders — Full payment at time of ordering
- Up to Rs. 10,000 — Cash on Delivery available
- Above Rs. 10,000 — 50% advance payment required. Remaining 50% collected on delivery
- COD orders above Rs. 10,000 will not be dispatched without advance payment. No exceptions.

Exchange Policy

- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Items showing signs of use or missing packaging will not be accepted
- Delivery charges for the exchange are paid by the customer
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Liquid products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. This includes nail polishes, gel polishes, serums, oils, cuticle treatments, removers, and primers. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales on liquid items are final.
