How to Use

Soften cuticles before cutting using warm water or cuticle softener. Push back the cuticle with a pusher first, then use the scissors to trim only the excess dead skin. Work in small precise cuts following the natural curve of the nail. Never cut live skin. Sanitize between every client.

Care and Maintenance

Wipe blades clean after every use and sanitize with isopropyl alcohol. Store with blade tips protected. Have blades professionally sharpened when cutting performance declines rather than applying additional force.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your city and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Up to 1 kg — Rs. 350
  • 1 kg to 3 kg — Rs. 650
  • Above 3 kg — Calculated manually based on actual weight

For orders above 3 kg, shipping charges will be calculated based on the actual weight of your package. You will be informed before dispatch. Your order will only be shipped after you confirm the delivery cost.

Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Prepaid orders — Full payment at time of ordering
  • Up to Rs. 10,000 — Cash on Delivery available
  • Above Rs. 10,000 — 50% advance payment required. Remaining 50% collected on delivery
  • COD orders above Rs. 10,000 will not be dispatched without advance payment. No exceptions.

Exchange Policy

  • Delivery charges for the exchange are paid by the customer

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Liquid products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. This includes nail polishes, gel polishes, serums, oils, cuticle treatments, removers, and primers. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales on liquid items are final.
