Adding a lash bath to every appointment, or offering it as a standalone service, is a professional practice that improves extension condition and demonstrates care for client lash health. Apply a small amount of shampoo to a lash washing brush, work gently through the extensions from root to tip, and rinse with a clean water rinse or damp lint-free cloth. Dry gently with a cool blow dryer setting before completing the appointment.

For orders above 3 kg, shipping charges will be calculated based on the actual weight of your package. You will be informed before dispatch. Your order will only be shipped after you confirm the delivery cost.
Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Prepaid orders — Full payment at time of ordering
- Up to Rs. 10,000 — Cash on Delivery available
- Above Rs. 10,000 — 50% advance payment required. Remaining 50% collected on delivery
- COD orders above Rs. 10,000 will not be dispatched without advance payment. No exceptions.
