Hygiene Consideration
Block buffers that contact skin and natural nails should be replaced between clients for hygiene compliance. The porous foam interior and abrasive surfaces cannot be fully sterilized. Using a fresh buffer for each client or providing clients with their own personal buffer to take home are both appropriate approaches for professional hygiene standards.

Delivery Timeframe
All orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your city and courier availability.
Shipping Charges
- Up to 1 kg — Rs. 350
- 1 kg to 3 kg — Rs. 650
- Above 3 kg — Calculated manually based on actual weight
For orders above 3 kg, shipping charges will be calculated based on the actual weight of your package. You will be informed before dispatch. Your order will only be shipped after you confirm the delivery cost.
Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Prepaid orders — Full payment at time of ordering
- Up to Rs. 10,000 — Cash on Delivery available
- Above Rs. 10,000 — 50% advance payment required. Remaining 50% collected on delivery
- COD orders above Rs. 10,000 will not be dispatched without advance payment. No exceptions.

Exchange Policy

- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Items showing signs of use or missing packaging will not be accepted
- Delivery charges for the exchange are paid by the customer
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Liquid products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. This includes nail polishes, gel polishes, serums, oils, cuticle treatments, removers, and primers. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales on liquid items are final.
